Person Centred Academy is led by directors Tom Lawrence and Natalie Cording. Tom co-authored the NHS England Care Coordination Competency Framework, contributed to the Five Year Forward View at NHS England and has worked with the WHO Regional Office for Europe. Natalie is an Advanced Social Care Practitioner with extensive experience leading services that meet compliance, health and safety, equality and diversity, and GDPR requirements, giving our work a strong foundation in operational governance.
