Terms and Conditions – Care Coordination Course

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions apply to participants enrolling on the Care Coordination Course (the “Course”) provided by Person Centred Academy (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking or attending the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Course Booking and Payment
2.1. A place on the Course is only confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form and full payment (or a formal purchase order, where applicable).
2.2. Payment is due in advance of the Course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. All prices are in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. You may cancel your place up to 7 calendar days before the Course start date for a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations received less than 7 days prior to the Course will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3. You may request to transfer your booking to a later course date, subject to availability and our discretion.
3.4. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
4. Course Delivery
4.1. The Course may be delivered in person or virtually, as specified at the time of booking.
4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection for virtual sessions.
4.3. We reserve the right to make minor changes to course content or delivery format to improve the learning experience.
5. Participant Conduct
5.1. Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers and fellow learners.
5.2. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Course if their behaviour is disruptive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. All course materials, handouts, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Person Centred Academy or its licensors.
6.2. Materials are provided for personal learning use only and must not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Data Protection
7.1. We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
7.2. Your information will be used to manage your course participation and may be used to inform you of relevant training opportunities. You can opt out at any time.
8. Liability
8.1. We do not accept liability for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the Course except where caused by our negligence.
8.2. It is your responsibility to ensure any professional advice or actions resulting from the Course are appropriate to your circumstances.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
